- Trade professionals like carpenters, bookkeepers, plumbers, auto mechanics, and so forth who want to leave the role of employee and start their own shop or business.
- Successful professionals in one arena who want to diversify by owning their own business. For example, sports professionals such as baseball, basketball and football players who want to invest their money in a business of their own when they retire from sports.
- Students who have studied non-business curricula, such as science and technology, as their primary focus and now are ready to understand the challenge of business, commerce, and entrepreneurship to develop and protect their inventions and discoveries.
